Shipping & Returns


Consumer Warranty/Returns (Muchmore Racing products):

If you have a problem with a product purchased from one of our authorised stockists, please see the 'Consumer Warranty' section below along with the warranty information included with the product.

Much-More Racing warrants all large electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 120 days from date of purchase.

We will repair or replace any product which, following examination by Much-More Racing (UK) Limited, has shown to have failed during the warranty period due to defects in manufacturing materials and/or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover any failures attributable to abuse, mishandling, failure to follow operating instructions, alteration (including changes to leads, cables or connectors), accidental damage or any other failure caused by operating the product in a manner for which it was not intended.

To claim under this warranty, please contact the stockist where the item was purchased in the first instance. Alternatively, please return the product to the address below along with the following:

- complete product including any cables/leads etc
- all original packaging
- instruction leaflet
- dated purchase receipt from an approved
UK stockist
- your name, full postal address and telephone contact number
- your email address (if applicable)
- as much information as possible about the issue
- the product serial number (seen on box and product, eg. 'MMCTX3010602999P'
- all postal charges must be prepaid

For products purchased outside the United Kingdom, please contact the distributor in your country or the original product manufacturer. If you unable to make contact, please contact us. However, we are unable to respond to emails in languages other than English.

Much-More Racing (UK) reserves the right to return products un-repaired if they are deemed to have been damaged beyond economical repair.

What to do if your warranty has expired:

Please return the item enclosing as much information as you can from the procedure detailed above.  We will contact you within 14 days of your return to advise if a repair is possible and a cost estimate.  Please enclose a cheque payable to MB Models Limited for £7.95 to cover return shipping of your item.  Any repair costs will be advised seperately to this.

Please note FREE Shipping is not available on Polycarbonate/Lexan paint unless the order exceeds £50.
We will contact you regarding any additional charges should you select the FREE shipping option and your order contains Polycarbonate/Lexan paint - thank you.

Order Processing

Please note, it can take up to 7 working days to process your order.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to advise of an expected delivery date.  You can then leave the item on back order with us or cancel the order.  We will not charge any orders until we have the item in-stock.

Prices are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.

UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail Standard Shipping (or equivalent) with tracking:

Your order will be dispatched with a Royal Mail signed for service or an economy (3-5 days) courier service.

Free Shipping (mainland UK only, exceptions apply to highland and island locations):
Your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail (2nd class) or an economy (3-5 working days) courier service.  Please see the shipping company websites below.  This service does not include any additional insurance or tracking information.
A delivery date or time can not be guaranteed. 

Hold awaiting confirmation:
Your order will be held and an updated shipping invoice emailed to you.
- we will inform you of the shipping cost and send you a PayPal invoice for this. If you have selected 'card' payment, we will awaiting your confirmation before taking card payment for the shipping cost. 

Please select this option if none of the listed UK shipping options are suitable for you and then follow the checkout procedure.

Please also select this option if you require shipping outside of the UK and then follow the checkout procedure.

Shipping Per Item:
This option provides a low rate postage cost if you are buying one single item weighing less than 750g.  Please note if you select this option for bodyshells, they will be sent with an economy courier and could take 3-5 working days.

Late or non delivery:
Muchmore Racing UK can not accept claims for liability or loss against late or non delivery of any goods, please contact the individual carrier for further information:

International Shipping outside of mainland UK:
Free shipping is not available. 

We will contact you after placing your order with regard to shipping options, please use the ‘Hold awaiting confirmation’ shipping option.

Some items can not be shipped internationally due to weight, size or hazardous material.

Returns:
Please contact us first, if you need to return or query any item you have received.  All returns, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt.

The buyer must fund any return postage costs.
